The AI chat assistant is an educational convenience feature. AI-generated answers may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and they are not professional advice. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment details, passwords, one-time codes, or complete private financial records in the chat.

When you run an analysis, Home Decision Lab may process and store submitted inputs, acceptance confirmations, and calculated results to provide the service, support saving or reopening reports, improve the tools, and create aggregated, non-identifying insights. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, scrape or resell reports at scale, submit unlawful content, or use Home Decision Lab outputs as a substitute for professional review.
